1. Overview
This Summer Flash Done-For-You Promo Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by RepeatMD, Inc. ("RepeatMD" or "the Company"). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. During the Sweepstakes Period, individuals ("Attendees") will be presented with opportunities to enter the Sweepstakes by following on-screen instructions, which may include scanning a QR code, clicking a link provided in a chat, or following instructions displayed on a ticker banner.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Company, their immediate family members, and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

2.2 Entry Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 17, 2026, and ends on August 28, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

4. Prizes
4.1 Grand Prizes. Five (5) Grand Prize winners will each receive One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000.00). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $1,000.00. The total ARV of all prizes is $5,000.00.

4.2 Winners. There will be a total of five (5) winners selected.

4.3 Restrictions. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The winner of any prize with an ARV of $600 or greater will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes.

5. Selection Process
On or about forty-eight (48) hours following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, RepeatMD will select the potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Company's and its agents' perpetual right to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. Winner Verification
Potential winners will be notified via email. The potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of the date notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required documents within the required time period, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS PERSONNEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF USE DAMAGES, OR DEATH OR BODILY HARM, RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY'S AND ITS PERSONNEL'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THE PRECEDING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES OR CAUSES OF ACTION HOWEVER ALLEGED OR ARISING, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER CLAIM, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, OR EQUITY.

10. Indemnity and Release
By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RepeatMD, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Sweepstakes or your acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Dispute Resolution
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and the Company agree to submit to binding arbitration to resolve any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes. The arbitration shall be conducted by JAMS, Inc. ("JAMS") before a single neutral arbitrator and shall be conducted in New York, New York.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND THE COMPANY ALSO AGREE THAT EACH IS GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITIES, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION.

The seat and venue for any legal proceedings shall be New York, New York.

12. Winner List
To receive a list of the winners, send an email request to info@repeatmd.com. Requests must be received no later than November 28, 2026.

13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof.

13.2 No Waiver. The Company's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

13.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Official Rules or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without the Company's prior written consent.

13.5 No Third Party Right. These Official Rules do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you and the Company.

13.6 Survival. The provisions of Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Sweepstakes.
