What qualifies as a successful referral?
A referral is successful when a practice signs up for a RepeatMD demo. Earn additional raffle tickets if the practice becomes a paying client.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
Nope! The more you refer, the more you earn—and the better your chances of winning.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or direct deposit.
Can I earn additional raffle tickets?
Yes! If a referred practice becomes a paying client, you’ll receive:

Can I refer practices outside the U.S.?
Currently, the referral program is only available to U.S.-based practices.

Both new and existing referral partners are eligible. However, please note that the grand prize will only be awarded if the program reaches a minimum of 2,500 total referrals across all partners.
Referral Partner Program Terms & Conditions
Receiving Your Payout
To receive a referral payout, the following must happen:
- Your referral must purchase RepeatMD (any tier).
- A 30-day buffer period must be completed to ensure successful onboarding.
- Once the buffer period is complete, we’ll reach out to collect your W-9 and set up your direct deposit.
- W-9 collection and direct deposit setup may take 7+ days, depending on how quickly we receive your information.
Payout Timeline Overview:
- Referral Submits → Demo Completed → Purchase → 30-Day Buffer → Collect W-9 & Direct Deposit → Payout
- Delays in providing a W-9 or setting up direct deposit may extend the payout timeline beyond the standard processing period.
Grand Prize Eligibility
The Referral Partner Program grand prize (Lamborghini Urus or $150,000 cash equivalent) will only be awarded if the program reaches a minimum of 2,500 total referrals across all partners. If this threshold is not met, RepeatMD is under no obligation to award the grand prize. RepeatMD reserves the right to adjust this threshold at its sole discretion.
Rewards and Payout Modifications
RepeatMD reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral rewards, payout amounts, and program incentives at any time, at its sole discretion. Referrals already approved and past the 30-day buffer period will be honored under the original terms. By participating in this program, you agree that reward values and payout terms are subject to change, and that continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
